Sarah (--?--) died on 16 January 1729/30 at Concord, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts.¹⁴

The three known children of Jonathan³ Willard and Sarah (--?--) all born Concord, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts, were as follows:

+ 7. i. Jonathan⁴ Willard, born 30 August 1723; married Margaret Smith.
8. ii. John Willard; born 21 December 1726.¹⁵
9. iii. Josiah Willard; born 10 January 1727/28;¹⁵ died 26 December 1805 at age 77.¹⁵

Abigail (--?--) died after 1753.¹⁴

The seven known children of Jonathan³ Willard and Abigail (--?--) were as follows:

+ 10. i. David⁴ Willard, born 17 July 1741 Sheffield (the part incorporated as Great Barrington), Berkshire Co., Massachusetts; married Martha Sherlock; married the widow (--?--).

Daniel Willard; born 8 September 1742 at Sheffield (the part incorporated as Great Barrington), Berkshire Co., Massachusetts;¹⁶ married Phebe Freeman 15 April 1779 at New Marlborough, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts;¹⁷ died 1819.¹⁸ He can be found as WFA Genealogy #93 in the 1915 Willard Genealogy.¹⁷
12. iii. Mary Willard; born 1 April 1744 at Sheffield, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts.¹⁵
13. iv. Susanna Willard; born 4 April 1746 at Sheffield, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts.¹⁵
14. v. Mercy Willard; born 8 April 1748 at Sheffield, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts.¹⁵
15. vi. Samuel Willard; born 8 August 1750 at Sheffield, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts;¹⁵ died circa 1781.¹⁵

5. Mercy³ Willard (John², Simon¹); born 4 June 1704 at Concord, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts;¹¹ married William Wheeler.¹¹

The two known children of Mercy³ Willard and William Wheeler were as follows:

17. i. Rev. William Willard⁴ Wheeler; born 24 December 1734;¹¹ died 14 January 1810 at age 75.¹¹

6. Simon³ Willard (John², Simon¹); born 7 August 1706 at Concord, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts;¹⁹ married Zeruiah Nash, daughter of Daniel Nash and Experience Clark, 28 November 1744;¹⁵ died 19 October 1766 at Sheffield, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts, at age 60 when his house was struck by lightning, killing him.¹⁹

He can be found as WFA Genealogy #34 in the 1915 Willard Genealogy.¹⁵

Zeruiah Nash was born on 2 November 1713.¹⁵ She married (--?--) Brewer.¹⁵

The seven known children of Simon³ Willard and Zeruiah Nash all born Sheffield, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts, were as follows:

+ 19. i. Dubartus⁴ Willard, born 9 June 1745.
