Daniel² Willard (Simon¹); born 29 December 1658 at Concord, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts;⁹^,¹⁰ married Hannah Cutler, daughter of John Cutler Sr and Mehitable (--?--), 6 December 1683 (Hannah was "of Charlestown," Suffolk Co., Massachusetts);⁹^,¹¹ married Mary Mills,, daughter of Jonathan Mills, as his second wife, 1 January 1692/93;¹²^,⁹^,¹¹ died 23 August 1708 at age 49.¹¹^,⁸

He can be found as WFA Genealogy #8 in the 1915 Willard Genealogy.¹¹

Hannah Cutler was born circa 1660 at Charlestown, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts, (calculated from age at death: "aet. thirty years and two months").⁹^,¹¹ She died on 22 February 1690/91.¹¹

4. ii. Anna Willard; born 5 May 1686 at Sudbury, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts;¹¹ married Timothy LeFevre 7 August 1707 at Boston, Suffolk Co., Massachusetts;¹³^,¹¹ married John Bosworth, as her 2nd husband, 7 October 1718.¹³^,¹¹
+ 5. iii. Elizabeth Willard, born 10 March 1687/88 Sudbury, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts; married Phinehas Rice.

Mary Mills married David Melville, as his 2nd wife and her 2nd husband, on 29 November 1723 . (Mary's first husband was the uncle of David's first wife).⁹^,¹¹
